Returns & Exchanges
At Nail Ink, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Opened or used acrylic powders, liquids, or gel products.
- Nail brushes, files, buffers, and tools.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
- Submit a Request – Email us at nailinkproducts@yahoo.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Ship the Item – If approved, return the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
